Tom is a CPA with nearly two decades of experience in all aspects of strategic finance, including accounting, financial planning and analysis, mergers and acquisitions, corporate development, and corporate operations. Prior to joining Provation, he served as the CFO for ANCILE Solutions Inc., a private equity backed portfolio company and SaaS developer of learning and performance software serving 4,600 global customers from its offices in North America, EMEA, and Asia Pacific. Before that, Tom held several CFO and senior leadership positions with privately held and publicly traded companies in the technology enabled services, financial services, and healthcare industry sectors. Tom launched his career with Ernst & Young and received an MBA in Finance and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Loyola University in Maryland.
