Paul Snider

Paul Snider is responsible for technology strategy and execution across the company’s platforms and products. He brings two decades of healthcare technology leadership, with deep experience building and scaling enterprise clinical systems in highly regulated environments.

Prior to joining Provation, Paul held executive roles at Cerner, where he contributed to the growth and scalability of one of the largest electronic health record platforms in the world and supported multi-billion-dollar healthcare technology initiatives focused on performance, reliability, and data platforms at global scale. He later served as Vice President of Engineering at Netsmart, leading data, interoperability, medication management, and AI platforms supporting behavioral health and post-acute care, with systems processing billions of transactions each month. Paul has also shared his perspective on engineering leadership and applied AI at industry and partner events. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Missouri State University and a Master of Business Administration from Webster University.
