Provation is proud of its 36,500-square-foot global headquarters located inside the Millwright Building in the heart of downtown Minneapolis. Celebrating its 25th anniversary in 2020 with the completion of this state-of-the-art facility, Provation was featured in Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal’s "Cool Offices" in their September 2020 edition.
An Environment of Innovation
The Millwright Building’s design captures Provation’s spirit of productivity and innovation with a modern, naturally lit, and open-concept workspace. You won’t find stuffy cubicles here. Individual ergonomic workstations, technology-filled meeting rooms, ‘collaboration zones’ and a large café-style breakroom are all found under 13.5’ tall open ceilings.
Modern amenities are woven in to boost productivity; from state-of-the-art A/V tech, to sound-absorbing wall décor and even “smart” technology within the lighting and HVAC systems.

Past Meets Present
Provation first launched in a small office in the basement of a major Minneapolis hospital in 1994. Provation then flourished for more than 20 years from within Minneapolis' North Loop neighborhood at the historic TractorWorks Building. The Millwright Building now serves as Provation's home, situated in Minneapolis’ healthcare information technology (HIT) hub downtown.
