Implementation & onboarding

Go live with the right team beside you.

Adding software to a busy procedure schedule is a real risk, and we treat it that way. We start by learning how your teams work – your goals, workflows, hardware, interfaces – then build the plan around them, with a project team from kickoff through launch week and beyond.

01 What getting started includes

Four things decide whether new software actually lands.

Implementation, learning, support, and success management. Every Provation onboarding covers all four, because a clean install still fails if nobody knows who to call in week six.

Implementation

Tailored to your site

Workflow and hardware assessment, a dedicated project manager and technical engineer, end-user impact assessment, and virtual or in-person go-live support.

Learning

On demand, at your pace

A library of online courses available anytime, role-specific learning paths for physicians, nurses, and power users, and new trainings added regularly.

Support

Someone to call

Extended-hours phone support with emergency after-hours coverage every day of the year, online ticket entry and tracking, and a customer knowledge base your whole team can search.

Success

A team that stays

A dedicated Customer Success team helps you get maximum benefit, proactively provides analytics and insights, and feeds your feedback back into the product.

02 The onboarding journey

Seven phases, each with its own finish line.

A project moves to the next phase only when the current one is complete.

01
Remote

Welcome & technical review

Your Provation project team reviews what you bought, what you already run, and what your calendar allows. Timelines get drafted, tasks get owners, and the standard process is adjusted where your environment calls for it.

02
Remote

Introduction & kick-off

Your Provation project manager schedules the kick-off call, walks you through the full process, and helps identify the roles and resources you'll need.

03
Remote

Discovery & technical setup

The technical groundwork is laid, de-risking everything downstream.

04
Remote · weekly calls

Build & execution

Workstations get set up while connections are built and tested. Weekly calls keep hardware, interfaces, and workflow decisions moving at the same speed, so no single track quietly falls behind.

05
Remote · Review

Training & configuration

Learning Center courses and initial configuration are completed. A hardware test confirms every image capture workstation before launch.

06
Onsite · up to 4 days

Launch

Provation staff typically arrive the afternoon before, so the first morning isn't the first introduction. Launch begins with your first scheduled case with support at the elbow for physicians, power users, and staff throughout the day.

07
Remote

Handoff to Customer Success

You partner with a dedicated Customer Success director, who is committed to supporting your ongoing adoption and satisfaction.

Start with a look at your workflows.

Every site is different. We'll map scope, timeline, and what a Provation Apex go-live would realistically look like at your organization – before you commit to anything.
