Bill Franck, Chief Sales Officer

Bill brings nearly 20 years of technology-based sales leadership, client relations and customer service experience to Provation. He plays an integral role in the organization’s go-to-market (GTM) strategy and sales initiatives. Prior to joining Provation in 2020, Bill most recently served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Sales for Elsevier. His extensive professional background also includes executive and management roles with ADP, First Advantage and LexisNexis.

Bill earned his MBA in Marketing and Marketing Management from SUNY Stony Brook, New York Institute of Technology, and his BA in History and Political Science from St. John’s University. Before beginning his career in sales, he served for seven years in the United States Army where he earned the rank of Captain.
