Anita Santos

Anita brings 25 years of commercial leadership experience from life sciences, medical device, and software technology industries. Prior to joining Fortive, Anita served as Executive Vice President for LabMinds. Prior to joining LabMinds, she worked as Chief Marketing Officer for the $1.5B US market of Signify, where she managed an operating team of over 100+ marketing professionals. Before Signify, she served as Vice President of Marketing for Johnson Control’s global $1B security products business, where she led a global team of 100+ in product pricing, new product development, business strategy, and mergers and acquisitions. In addition to her VP role, she served as General Manager of the Location Based Security business. Prior to Johnson Controls, she worked for Thermo Fisher Scientific and MilliporeSigma, where she held a variety of commercial roles of increasing responsibility.
Anita earned her bachelor’s degrees in finance and marketing from Merrimack College and her master’s degree in business from Suffolk University.
