Thousand Oaks Endoscopy Center Selects ProVation® Medical Software for Procedure Documentation and Coding
MINNEAPOLIS, MN - August 11, 2010 - Wolters Kluwer Health, a leading global provider of information for healthcare professionals and students, announced today that Thousand Oaks Endoscopy Center has selected its ProVation® MD software for gastroenterology procedure documentation and coding in its GI lab.
ProVation MD, available for the full range of ASC specialties, replaces dictation and transcription and allows physicians to efficiently document procedures at the point of care. Located in Thousand Oaks, CA, Thousand Oaks Endoscopy Center has been providing gastroenterology services to Thousand Oaks and neighboring communities of the Conejo Valley since its inception in 1995. The two-procedure room facility averages approximately 4,500 gastroenterology procedures per year between its six gastroenterologists.
